Do not assume the book is full of banalities you already know. By the time I wrote my first book, I had already read about 120 books on a wide range of topics — from medicine and psychology to self-development and management. So believe me, I borrowed much from those books and reflected it in mine. Take motivation as an example — it may seem very simple. Yet few people realize that motivation depends on locus of control (internal and external). If you have the wrong locus of control, perhaps formed because you were praised incorrectly as a child and were given a fixed mindset rather than a growth mindset, you may struggle with motivation. As you can see, the book is far from banal and quite interesting. By the way, more material on productivity and beyond is on my site https://shitik.com/.
